Mapping the New Politics of Care

Mapping the Politics of Care is a collaboration between the Center for Spatial Research at Columbia and Gregg Gonsalves of the Yale School of Public Health. It is a set of interactive maps that link the effects of COVID-19 in the United States with a wide range of social, economic, and environmental conditions.

I collaborated with a multidisciplinary team on this project. Specifically I created concept sketches based on analysis by public health researchers and worked iteratively with the whole team through prototypes to create the final version of the project. I was responsible for building/programming all the interactive maps contained in the project.
